Double layer Thermal CTP Plates DL200-S

Brief Introduction
DL200-S is produced by advanced, no-bake thermal plate technology. It is produced with two layer coating which achieves long run length and it can be also fully used in ordinary ink and UV ink with good performance. When you change to use the DL200-S double layer CTP plates, you have almost no need to adjust any parameter for machine setting due to its good compatibility.

Features
1.Long run length CTP plates
With the two layer coating technilogy, it can get long run length compared to the single layer CTP plates. The JRT-200-S can have real test run length up to 150,000 copies.
2. No-bake Technology
DL200-S uses a chemical-resistant second layer for long run performance without the need for post-baking. Which will provide more convenient for the operation and it can save time and increase the working efficiency.
3.UV ink resistance
By the advanced two layer production technology, the DL200-S can not only has the long run length with ordinary ink printing, but also it can be used in UV ink printing with good run length up to 50,000 copies
4.Good compatibility and convenient operation
It can be used with most of the popular developers such as AGFA THD200, IMAF, Kodak Goldstar and etc, and wide latitidue provides convenient operation during processing the plates
